Richard was the first one to greet us and was was very friendly. He went over the details of the vehicle with us and then he let us take the Sienna for a test drive. We were definitely going to buy a car that day, but I was insistent that I test drive a few different brands and although he tried to get us to commit to a purchase right then and there he was not too pushy about it, which I appreciated. Once we decided that the Sienna was what we wanted, we came back and Richard and Freddy stayed until the deal was done, around 9:30 that night. The most notable experience that I had was that Bill made himself available to drive my car home for me as I was not trading in and had to drive my car home. He arranged for an associate to pick him up at my house. Now that was special! More

Mitch was wonderful in every way! He has the best personality and you can tell he loves what he does.
