Richard was the first one to greet us and was was very friendly. He went over the details of the vehicle with us and then he let us take the Sienna for a test drive. We were definitely going to buy a car that day, but I was insistent that I test drive a few different brands and although he tried to get us to commit to a purchase right then and there he was not too pushy about it, which I appreciated. Once we decided that the Sienna was what we wanted, we came back and Richard and Freddy stayed until the deal was done, around 9:30 that night. I had a very low pressure sales experience at Tarbox. I was almost settled on my decision to buy a Tacoma when I walked in. I feel that I walked away with a good price and value. The most notable experience that I had was that Bill made himself available to drive my car home for me as I was not trading in and had to drive my car home. He arranged for an associate to pick him up at my house. Now that was special! More

Mitch was wonderful in every way! He has the best personality and you can tell he loves what he does. He explained everything, gave us a great price on the RAV, went thru all the necessary details needed to understand the vehicle we were purchasing and answered all of our questions above and beyond. Sales person, Dave Corrigan, was very responsive to all questions about the vehicle we were considering. MY Toyota Tacoma was recalled and had to bring it to Tarbox in NK. They gave me a Toyota Camry loaner courtesy of Toyota. I drove the car for 200 miles to work and back home and had a tire going flat. I Tarbox in NK. They gave me a Toyota Camry loaner courtesy of Toyota. I drove the car for 200 miles to work and back home and had a tire going flat. I addressed it then came home to find another tire that went flat in my garage. I drove my truck for 12 years and had 2 flat tires in the entire time. I called AAA and they replaced the tire. I came out the next morning and found the first tire flat again. This time I had the car towed to Tarbox. I stoped by the next day to make sure they got the car and they first wanted to charge me for 3 tires!!!!I was of course upset and they charged me for 1 tire-$309.88. Can you imagine $309.88 for a tire? I will NEVER buy anything at Tarbox and would never receommend having service done there. More
