We bought a Toyota Prius Plug-in from Nucar and we had many problems. The first one was that their payment system did not work, and we were unable to pay (and to get the car, which we needed). After two d many problems. The first one was that their payment system did not work, and we were unable to pay (and to get the car, which we needed). After two days trying to get someone in the phone, we finally got the finance office to give us the data for a wire. We are from WI and we contracted Nucar to register the car in WI and to get the plates ("we will put them in place for you!" we were told). Two days before the temporary license expired we had heard nothing from them so we started calling. After two days calling them and leaving messages we were told that WI had sent the plates to our address in WI, and they could not do anything else. They asked us to call WI and to make arrangements. We later learned that the plates had been sent two weeks earlier, but we were never contacted by Nucar, nor told anything until we managed to get through to someone in their office. They insisted that it was WI's fault, but the fact that they never called to tell us that there was a problem, and that it has been up to us all along to move this forward just tell us they are not good professionals. Very disappointed. More
