Our Sales Associate and Business Manager listened to our wants and needs and worked with us to get the car we really wanted. We had always liked the size of the Highlander, but the improved suspension sealed the deal. When we test drove another model, it became clear that we had found our car. Through casual conversations, Bill "got" what we were looking for and what features were "must haves" vs "nice to haves". We ended up with a great car at a fair price that was in our budget. The Business Manager we wroked with re-worked warranty offerings to fit our needs. We never felt rushed. Very respectful, good listeners - no pressure.
