Excellent as always Came in for tires for my Lexus Rx. They asked about our types of trips and expected milage then recommended their best all weather tire. Drove vehicle in, got a ride home then later got picked up and brought back to the dealer by a personable, competent gentleman. New tires and wheel alignment charged exactly as quoted and touchup not needed as they buffed out the scratches at no charge. Car washed and cleaned to a finer degree than was done at the Lexus dealership after a recent checkup. Have never been disappointed with a service call at Tarbox. Use them for oil changes with no appointment needed and drive in with my 15 year old Toyota truck to get a reading if on occasion the check engine light goes on every 2 years or so. Have sent family members for both service and purchase and all have thanked me for the recommendation. More
