Had good service in the past, but last couple trips were awful. Had a fuel induction in August, had a $10 coupon for it. Gave it to my advisor at the beginning like it said on the coupon...and they forgo awful. Had a fuel induction in August, had a $10 coupon for it. Gave it to my advisor at the beginning like it said on the coupon...and they forgot to take it off. Its $10, so I didn't make a big deal of it, but it is what it is. At my last service, they tell me at check-in my mileage is at the point where they start recommending a transmission flush. I had the money, so I decided to do it. A couple hours later my advisor says its ready, but my car is a CVT so it doesn't need a transmission flush. You'd think he would've known that. Apparently, they just upsell everything and anything. Also, my tires supposedly measured at '7', when at my August service, they measured '4' and '5'. And they measured '3' and '4' when I got home and measured. So clearly, they didn't measure the depth. Makes me wonder if any of the other work was actually performed or has ever been performed. Be weary of them. More
