Was trying to teach my daughter how to purchase a vehicle the only education she got is to never believe a salesman when you question the establishment they get all huffy slam the papers down and say this deal is off and their way to resolve it is to put their hands on a woman . However, Anthony Turchetta and Arthur (in finance) were exceptional! Anthony should be training the sales team in customer care/relations! He took care of getting my info to Arthur, my insurance, double checked I forgot nothing in my old vehicle, was knowledgeable with the vehicle (No, oh let me go find out) and courteous.
