As we walked in the door, we were greeting by a friendly face who introduced us to Anton, Sales Manager, who introduced us to Tim McDonald. We explained what we wanted and they met every single one of our requests. We then sat with Edgar, Finance, and had another perfect experience. We had an appointment at 9:00a.m. and left with a new 2019 RAV4 Limited, by 11;30a.m. These guys know how to help you through the questions/answers/and finally purchases of what your desires may be. He was very professional and pleasant. He took me step by step through the process of choosing a new car and evaluating my car. He took his time and explaining everything as well as listening to my concerns. I was not happy with the first few offers but we continued to negotiate. In the end I thought it was a win win situation. I was very pleased with my purchase. When I dealt with the finance manager, Igor Braziler, I found him to be very patient and professional. Sent out a half-dozen emails to various dealers describing exactly what we were looking for soliciting OTD prices.No one in CT, MA., or RI would come close to the price we were quoted by Tarbox even though they did not have the car in stock. They located the car and a deal was struck. The car was delivered by sales consultants Cory Martin and Josh Hebert. They did an excellent job going over the various systems to our satisfaction.
