Worse experience ever This dealership does not have your best interest in mind. They will think having your best interest is insulting. After taken advantage of my elderly mother when we went back to correct the situation we were met with arrogance. When we decided to walk away from the lease because we figured out how to took advantage of our mother. We were treated with aggression. Were told they wouldn't even service a car from us again. Told to leave an office and after we signed the refund were told to wait outside for our receipt. Way to lose a dedicated 20 years customer. All Tarbox needed to do is care. That's not insulting to anyone. More

Ripping off the elderly My mother has been a loyal customer here for 15 years. She had a Camery she bought brand new in 1999. They convinced her to lease a car for over $300 a month an 85 year old woman there by herself on a fixed income.Totally took advantage of her. Had her buying all kinds of warrenties she didn't need. Family went back with her talked to manager Ray after a lot of argument back and forth they took the car back and told them never to come back and they would never service her cars again. Don't worry Tarbox we will never be back. I am happy to say she has a new lease car at half the price from Langway. Don't go to this dealer they are just in it for the money. They don't care about the customer More
