From the negotiation process to taking delivery went without a hitch. I negotiated with Josh Hebert (internet sales) all through email. I appreciate Tarbox working with customers online. My last 2 vehicles were negotiated via email. I literally dealt with over a dozen Toyota dealerships all through MA/RI/NH and Tarbox stood out. They didn’t have the truck in stock we want to purchase. Josh assured me the Sales Manager would try to look for a truck from other dealerships or directly through Toyota with the options we were looking for. What I thought would probably take at least a week only turned into 2-3 days. Josh was very prompt and patient with all of my questions. When we went to take delivery of the truck we met with Anthony Mancuso (salesman). He was extremely professional and prompt with showing us the truck and to get the ball rolling for us to take delivery. Anthony wanted to make sure we were in and out in a timely manner. We did not feel rushed but also didn’t want to waste time sitting around. In general the whole experience was excellent here were a few bullet point reasons why Tarbox stood out. 1. Able to inquire and negotiate via email. 2. Negotiation process fair and not painful. 3. Tarbox was at least $1,000 lower than all the other dealerships for the exact same truck. I emailed over a dozen dealerships. 4. Not one other dealership offered to “look” for a truck with the options we wanted. They only were dealing with what they had in stock. 5. All the staff were not the stereo typical “car salesman”. 6. If Tarbox cannot meet or beat the lowest rate quoted for financing they still keep their word at the negotiated price and the customer can finance elsewhere. More

Worst dealer - all liars here Never lease a vehicle. Before your lease is up, Toyota will send you something in the mail to turn it in early with no charges. That's a lie. I turned mine in early, bought a car, and then got a huge bill later. They did not take care of any of the charges they agreed to. Now I'm stuck paying two car payments and ruined my credit thinking they would be the ones to pay my leased car which I don't have! Complete xxxxxxxxx. All they care about is money. I tried settling this situation for over one month and all I got were voicemails and no returned calls. Because of this, my credit suffered for "late payments" when I had no idea I was responsible for them! They don't return your call or answer your call. If you talk to someone else and explain your situation, they will say they will call back with answers but yet again, another lie. I am so fed up with this company!!!! More
