Stress free buyung Was my first time leasing a vehicle. Was a little worried before i arrived that i would be greeted by pushy salesmen. But to my surprise they were extreamly helpful and just kept asking what I was expecting to get from them and they did everything to get me a vehicle to meet my needs and not pushing to over sell me. The "old bait & switch". I found what seemed like the perfect car on their website, made an appointment to see it, came in, test drove said car and upon arriving back from the I found what seemed like the perfect car on their website, made an appointment to see it, came in, test drove said car and upon arriving back from the test drive I was told "oh, by the way this car is already sold...sorry!" When I asked why they didn't tell me that when I arrived or before my test drive, all they said was it had "just been sold an hour earlier" (I had only been at the dealership maybe 30 minutes at this point). Then they proceeded to find me a "similar deal" on a car that I had never seen and had no real information on. BAIT AND SWITCH! I guess if you are comfortable with a dealership letting someone else test drive a car that you have a signed purchase agreement for, then by all means go to Tarbox. I for one will not be back and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. P.S. If I had been told at arrival that the car had been sold when I arrived, I would have been bummed and open to a different car. P.P.S Heidi (Internet Specialist) was great to work with and was very responsive to questions and such. More

Downsizing It might sound crazy, but, I wanted to trade in my 2013 Subaru Outback and get a smaller car, and I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla. My salesman, Milton, It might sound crazy, but, I wanted to trade in my 2013 Subaru Outback and get a smaller car, and I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla. My salesman, Milton, was great. He spend a lot of time explaining the car to me and showing me all the great features on the Corolla. Edgar, in the financial office, helped me make decisions with no pressure, and was very understanding and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at Tarbox, and best of all, I love my new Corolla. It handles great, holds the road, the stereo system is amazing, and it is comfortable with great visibility. And, in closing, they gave me the deal I wanted. I would recommend Tarbox Toyota. More

Buying a new car We went to Tarbox Toyota on the recommentation of a friend. We had looked around a little bit before going to Tarbox. Everyone we came in contact with was "pleasant" and "helpful" from the young man who helped me get a cup of coffee to the salesperson, Wilson, who sold us our Sienna. Anthony and the staff did NOT go out of their way to be beyond helpful; They did not insult me by playing up to an old guy . That would have been insulting. They had a truck I wanted on the lot and internet pricing I thought was excellent. I don't know what to say other than the staff was friendly, professional, easy going, not pushy and knew how to do their jobs well. I was out of there with the truck at the price quoted, no games, in a couple hours. I generally keep my trucks for a long time, hopefully the staff will be just as good ten years from now when I go back! More
