It was because of my 100% confidence and satisfaction with Tarbox that I returned this year, and leased a 2015 Rav4 from them. Once again, we received excellent service. We ran into the same salesperson, John Morrissey, who sold us our 2010, three years prior... and were surprised to see he not only remembered us, but remembered intricate details about our hobbies and lifestyle. He once again gave us all the knowledge needed to make an educated decision, and really went the extra mile to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted, but even spent time with us after the sale was over going over features, helping us sync our bluetooth, etc, etc. We always leave Tarbox feeling like they care more about us as customers, than just making a sale.
