As far as financing, did what they could to get a longer and lower monthly payment by looking at several extra banks at our request. Also showed a breakdown of all the numbers on paper before and after tax, something other dealerships wouldn't do. Also worked as hard as they could to get all applicable incentives added in, and made sure we were fully aware of all options available to us. Everyone was extremely professional, didn't feel like anything was being hidden from us, and the sale went very well. More

I was immediately set up with Jess Camp who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Within 10-15 minutes we agreed upon a purchase on a new Highlander and I was complete with the purchase in a couple of hours, with no hassles. I was completely impressed with the level of customer service and the amount of time it took me to complete the whole process. This was definitely the quickest I have ever purchased a new vehicle.
