I had a 9:30 appointment for an airbag recall. Every time I called to schedule service on this recall, they would hang up so I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. . They told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hour ls to complete the recall. I had my husband come get me after about an hour and we went for breakfast. I came back after breakfast expecting the car to be almost done. I went to the service counter and the representative had told me the car just go into be serviced. It was going to be another 2 hours. By this point I was livid! I went home and they called at about 1:00 to tell me it was done! We got back to the dealership at 1:30. They didn’t tell me where the car was after service, I had to ask. They never updated the tracking link they sent me. To tell me to 2 1/2 hours total turned in to 4. hours. needless to say my day was shot! More

I purchased a new 2021 Rav4 from Nucar Tarbox Toyota in December 2021. The entire process was great! I found the car online and reached out to Nucar Tarbox Toyota and then Anna C reached out to me to let m December 2021. The entire process was great! I found the car online and reached out to Nucar Tarbox Toyota and then Anna C reached out to me to let me know when the vehicle would be onsite and she took my deposit over the phone. Simple! Next Melvin G called me within a few weeks to let me know the car was there ready for me to come take a look. I met with Melvin he went over the car with me, explaining the safety features and other feature of the car. I took the car for ride, then I bought it!! Melvin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also met with Joe in finance to complete the transaction. Joe was helpful with warranty information and made this whole transaction a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Nucar Tarbox Toyota to my friends and family for their new or used car needs. More
