better than expected I came in to tarbox after having an unfriendly experience at another dealer earlier that day! I expected to walk in and be greeted by a cocky salesman. The complete opposite happened! A young man named Wilson was at the door and quickly started asking questions about what I was looking for. He then took me down to the lot and showed me a few vehicles until I spotted and loved the color of one. It was priced a little higher than I was hoping for. I was very nervous because this was my first NEW car shopping experience. He remained very optimistic and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely feel like they went above and beyond to work with me and my budget and although they couldn't get me the price I was trying to stay under they did the best they could to keep it as close as possible to make it work out best for me!!! I have already told many people about my time spent dealing with all who were involved, and hopefully a few will go to tarbox in the near future! I am more than happy with the car I have chosen and Look forward to shopping with you guys in the future! More

I've had visits that didn't cost me anything, even though they researched the problem and solved it. So when it was time to buy a new vehicle, I wanted to go to tarbox toyota, because I want them to be with my vehicle as long as I own it. Least stressful car buying experience We went to look and ended up with a wonderful suv! Veek went out of his way to find us a vehicle we love! The only part we didn't like was the business/finance as they did the typical scare tactic to try to talk you into a warranty then said the independent finance company was going to buy down our rate if we bought the warranty. This is an amazing dealership though and Veek is awesome! More
