I purchased this vehicle from you figuring it was a toyota and yo In August of 2014 I purchased a 2004 tacoma from you people. I'm a big toyota fan . I purchased this vehicle from you figuring it was a toyota and you , being a toyota dealer, would bring it up to toyota standards before selling a truck like that. I was looking at trucks at other dealers before coming here. I have had nothing but problems with this truck. . The day I picked it up was extremely hot and I had the ac on. Water was poring on the passenger side floor before I got home. . I hadn't even made a payment on the truck yet and the check engine light came on. The gas tank needed replacing. . Today , December 13, 2014, I come in for an oil change and I'm told that I have front break issues , pads, routers need replacing , possibly calipers too. Also the light lens are filing with water when it rains. I was told it was my problem now to fix the lights. ( my words not the service guys) The service department has been great . The people have been very professional, and polite. But, I find this all unexceptable and a very unnerving experience. I don't think I will be coming back here and I'll let my family and friends know of my experience too. More
