Tacoma purchase I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma to replace the previous model I owned for 10 years. Worked with Mitch Carter, who had been the salesperson on a previo I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma to replace the previous model I owned for 10 years. Worked with Mitch Carter, who had been the salesperson on a previous vehicle purchase for my wife. We know Mitch is reliable and we have been very impressed with his customer service. Over the years we've purchased probably a half dozen vehicles from Tarbox and have always been satisfied with the experience. We also regularly use and are happy with the Tarbox service department for maintenance and repairs. More

Excellent experience all around I needed a new vehicle, and having bought from Tarbox before, I returned to the dealership and asked for Anthony (as he was recommended to me by a fri I needed a new vehicle, and having bought from Tarbox before, I returned to the dealership and asked for Anthony (as he was recommended to me by a friend). Anthony greeted me and we discussed the 2 cars i was interested in. Anthony is very knowledgeable and walked me through them before the test drives. Anthony is very personable, professional, and honest. We sat down and discussed my options for financing and the trade i had for a down payment. They offered me a reasonable price for my trade and we agreed on a price of the vehicle I had chosen. There was zero pressure to buy, and all the numbers matched my asking and selling price of both cars. I was brought to finance office and met Anton. Once again, personable and professional. We conversed as he prepped the paperwork, a half hour later I was in my new Toyota. Bottom line, these guys aren't the stereotype car salesmen. No pressure and deliver on promises. More

Awesome experience My husband and I went to Tarbox Toyota on a recommendation of a friend....I had gone earlier in the week to Tarbox Hyundai in my quest for a newer car My husband and I went to Tarbox Toyota on a recommendation of a friend....I had gone earlier in the week to Tarbox Hyundai in my quest for a newer car.....I have brought 2 cars in the past from your Hyundai dealer and thought that because of this I would find them helpful ...my salesman Bill was extremely helpful in finding me a car that I had literally fallen in love with...he was fantastic ....but....when it came down to crunching the numbers the manage that we dealt with was not as nice....I felt intimidated and also felt like he was giving me the runaround as to the numbers he was showing us....I left there in hopes that if he really wanted to make a sale and that I would hear from him in the next few days.....NOT......In talking to a friend about our experience she recommended that I go see Howard at the Toyota dealership..she even called him about our experience and he being the professional I was hoping for called me that very same day...we made arrangements to meet with him on Saturday and we have never had such a phenominal experience as we did in purchasing our new vehicle.....from the moment we walked in the door to when we left with our new car was unbellievable...the respect we were given absolutely blew me away. I did not feel as though I was spending thousands of dollars...because of the way I was made to feel...RELAXED. My fiance and I had purchased a 2009 Toyota Matrix from Tarbox in January 2012 and unbeknownst to us, our family increased by one in November of that same year. We gradually grew too large for the hatchbac Tarbox in January 2012 and unbeknownst to us, our family increased by one in November of that same year. We gradually grew too large for the hatchback and needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle... which we thought we would wait until the Summer to do. We went in for a routine oil change on March 31st of this year, went up to the Showroom to look at a few SUV options and met with Jess Camp. Jess showed us the 2014 RAV 4 and we knew this was the car or us. He was personable, knowledgeable, and had a similar situation to us as he is a new dad to a 9 week old daughter. I felt so at ease with Jess; he really listened to our situation and knew what the best fit for us would be. We met with Edgar Pinto to finalize our paperwork and we drove home in our new 2014 RAV 4 that same night. Edgar ensured that we understood all that we were signing and went into detail when we had questions. He was amazing with guiding us through the lease process. Both Jess and Edgar called us to check in various times in the two weeks we have had our new car and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. I would recommend any of my family or friends to Tarbox and tell them to ask for Jess while in the Showroom. More

My husband and I have been long standing Tarbox Toyota customers. We had been a little disappointed in our experiences as of late, but due to the fact that we had been customers for so long, I took the ti customers. We had been a little disappointed in our experiences as of late, but due to the fact that we had been customers for so long, I took the time to write an email explaining why we were not satisfied with our service and asked if there was anything that could be done to re-solidify our relationship. I received an email back and that is how our journey into a new car purchase began. We were introduced by Ed Singleton to Mitch Carter. Mitch immediately restored our faith in Tarbox. He was spectacular to work with. He was kind, genuine, and made us feel as though we were part of the Tarbox family, which is what we have come to expect from Tarbox. Alvin in finance was also wonderful. He was very easy to talk to and work with and he made the experience as painless as spending money can be!! My complete thanks goes out to these gentlemen, they were fantastic. We were not planning on purchasing a new vechicle quite yet, but with the repairs that needed to be done and with our restored trust in Tarbox, we felt as if it was as good a time as any. I truly can't thank the staff at Tarbox enough for their kindness. We have a very busy almost 2-year old and the staff was wonderful in working with us while entertaining our daughter at the same time. We are very satisfied customers and we are thrilled to be able to continue our relationship with Tarbox. More
