I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry at Tarbox Toyota in North Kingstown yesterday. Alan Boutiette was the most professional, polite and amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. I shopped around before making my final purchase at Tarbox, but no other salesperson provided me with the exemplary customer service that Alan did. He wasn't pushy or overbearing - which made me want to buy a car at Tarbox and stop shopping around. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. In fact, my mother liked his demeanor so much, she is going to back to Tarbox this month to purchase a vehicle for herself. When it came time to pay for the vehicle, Staline Biosse was wonderful. He also explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions knowledgeably. He was very entertaining as well. I think if every car dealership filled their showroom with the Alan and Staline's of the world, you'd have some serious competition. Both gentlemen made this normally stressful process feel much less stressful. More

Our dealership experience was comfortable and professional. Our knowledge of pricing for both the new car and our trade was respected by our salesperson and sales manager. There wasn't any heavy negotiating or back and forth behind closed doors; the atmosphere was cordial and allowed us to find a vehicle of choice with financials we were able to accept. Tarbox wasn't the closest dealership to our home but it was where we were able to find an inventory of FJ Cruisers we could select from, as well as, do business with a nice group of people. We bought our car in a snowstorm; our salesperson made sure we were knowledgeable as we drove away and we are extremely happy with our new car. More

My husband and I were very pleased with our Valentine's Day experience at Tarbox Toyota. We had purchased our Corolla there 3 years ago and returned to look at a Camry. I visited Tarbox Toyota in search of a used vehicle. The salesman that assisted me was Bill Derby. He was eager to help me in my search and was very attentive to the product requirements I was looking for. salesman that assisted me was Bill Derby. He was very familiar with all the vehicles I test drove and was very well versed about the workings of the vehicles and all the nuances that made each of them special. It did not take long to realize he was not a typical salesperson in that he wasn't there to just push a product to get a sale; he genuinely wanted to help me find a vehicle that I would be happy and satisfied with in the price range I could afford. I was impressed at how much he knew about automobiles in general and learned several things I was not aware of which helped me narrow my selection. Not only did he have me test drive vehicles at the Toyota dealership, but he also took me to visit a sister dealership that sold another make of car, just to compare. I did not find the vehicle I was looking for on my first visit, but Bill kept me informed of new stock that I might want to take a look at. My most recent visit to the dealership proved successful. Bill researched other vehicles at his dealership and again, even tried to give me the opportunity to drive other vehicles at the sister dealership. I did buy a Toyota Camry that evening based on the condition, price and all the features I had been looking for. Bill was extremely easy to work with, did not put any pressure on me, and was very thorough in his explanations. Bill's scheduled day off was on the day I as going to pick up the car. He met me at the dealership to be sure that everything was to my liking and that I was completely satisfied. I will recommend him to all my family and friends looking to purchase a car. It was a very good experience working with Bill and with Tarbox in general. I am a repeat customer of Tarbox since 1992. This was my first time working with Bill and I have no doubt that I will continue to work with him for future purchases. More

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Chet found me a great deal on a 2013 Camry. Was going to repair my 10yr old car since I was waiting for my tax return for a down payment.
