This is the 3rd time I have worked with Mitch. He is knowledgeable about the brand, but also he knows by now what I like and he had already picked out the car he thought I would like best. The Tarbox buying experience was hassle free and very satisfying. Normally I'd rather get a root canal than go to a car dealership but Paul Martineau changed that. When we met him we told Paul that we had an appointment with another dealer in the morning and he smiled shook our hands and said you won't need to keep that appointment. We took the car for a test drive and came back sat down and Corey said he would go talk to Paul and come back with a price. Paul came back handed us a piece of paper with the price and we had a deal. No back and forth like usual and no messing around. Just a fair price for a great car. After all the paperwork and financing was set we drove away with our new Venza that night. They close at 6 but we were there until after 8 on a Friday night. They could have easily said to come back in the morning but no they stayed as long as they needed with no hint of trying to rush us. We came back the next morning and Corey showed us all the features of the car we couldn't figure out and installed both of our baby seats. Thank you Corey! As my husband and I test drove the car Billy was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car. When we got back to the dealership and agreed on a price within our budget we were sold. Before we left the lot as owners of a new 2014 Toyota Camry, Billy again was very thorough when explaining all the features from the drivers seat. I even got to take the car home same day. More

Having only a few days in which to acquire my new vehicle before I moved to Colorado, they worked with my time constraints to get my vehicle and to make the necessary adjustments that I was requiring. The price I paid seems reasonable, and they even went the extra mile by adding several more free maintenance services at my request. They also put on my previous truck's tonneau cover onto the new vehicle free of charge. The only SLIGHT criticism is that when I made the appointment days prior to going in to view vehicles, I gave information regarding what I was looking for so they could be prepared to talk with me. When I showed up they had nothing ready to present to me, nor did they know who I was or what I was looking for. I'd give them an HONEST 8.5 out of 10. I'll go back for another vehicle. More
