I was set to purchase a Honda from Majestic, however, I found that I was being jerked around and left. Years ago I purchased a Jeep from Tarbox and knew Toyotas were dependable - so off I went. Paul R. heard my story regarding Honda and promised to never try to pull the wool over my eyes. He delivered. I gave him my list of requirements and he showed me a few different cars that would meet my requests. He never once tried to up-sell me and was extremely nice. When it came time to finalize numbers, I got a deal that I was very happy with and left that night in my new Corolla. Tarbox has many more sales people than financial managers, so they only down side was that I had to wait to finalize the paperwork. However, they did say they knew of this issue and were hiring more personnel. If they stay this great, I'll be getting our next car from there also. More

We told him what we were interested in, and he immediately took all of our requests & interests and actually heard us! He was courteous and polite to myself and husband, we did not feel any pressure at all! It was so awesome that we actually got to test drive our vehicle without the salesman hanging out in the back seat. He just waved to us and said take your time, enjoy the ride. We chose to lease our 2013 Rav 4, and the numbers worked out to our advantage; I felt like they were so willing to help meet our needs not only in a vehicle, but in negotiating a price that was sustainable for us. The Business Manager, Sarkis Tarpinian was so helpful and both my husband and I were comfortable in speaking with Sarkis when it came down to the final numbers. And lastly, Sales Manager, Paul Martineau met with us when we were coming in for final paperwork and I feel, went above and beyond in helping us out with our turn in vehicle from VW. Other dealerships may have just let us figure it out on our own, but not Paul. He came in and worked out a plan with us and we left there smiling and at complete ease! I would recommend Tarbox and all of the staff that we interacted with, even the receptionist who took my calls leading up to our sale, she was so pleasant and I feel that is so important, especially because they are the very first voice you hear when you make that call. I have to say, I'm actually looking forward to having my car serviced, I can't wait to get my nails done while I wait! Our experience with Tarbox Toyota was extremely positive. Our salesperson, Paul Rocchio, greeted us as we entered the dealership. He suggested a few that we might want to look at and took us out to look at & drive the ones that we wanted. He was knowledgable about everything he showed us and gave us all the time we needed to look at & test drive the cars we wanted. His demeanor at all times was courteous and professional without being "pushy". He answered all our questions and respected our need to think it over & decide for ourselves overnight. His enthusiasm about Tarbox & the staff was good to see & the dealership was an amazing facility. We ended up purchasing the car Paul recommended to us--a Toyota Prius hybrid that we liked right from the start. Both my husband and I were impressed by both the dealership & Paul in particular. We love our "new" car and can see where we will be driving it for many years. We had heard good things about Tarbox from other friends & were not disappointed. Our salesman, Denny Nguyen could not have been nicer. He was attentive, accommodating, friendly, Any other time I have shopped for a car, I always felt like the sales folks were hovering over you. Denny's attitude was friendly, but not pushy at all. After driving it, we decided to purchase our 2010 Highlander, We were told that our punch list was going to be addressed and the car ready for us the next morning. Denny called me that following morning to let me know that the shop was still working on my list, and that he was personally making sure that they did exactly what I had requested. He went on to assure me that he was going to continue to stay on top of the people doing the work, and make sure it was all done correctly. The Highlander is an excellent vehicle, and I think we got it at a very good price. We did not have to finance the purchase, and I thought that completing the paper work took a bit longer than I would have expected. But, overall, that part went well too. We live an hour drive from Tarbox Toyota There are certainly Toyota dealers much closer to us but we chose to go here because we had heard nothing but good things about the dealership. We were happy we did. The service areas are absolutely spotless and the staff friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Denny Nguyen. More
