Started out with Howard who met my husband and I out in the parking lot. We didn't hit it off at all. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but we didn't click. I couldn't get off the lot fast enough! When he brought us back to the showroom, he asked if we could spare a moment to come in and say hello to his manager, Jay (whom I nicknamed "The Closer!") I was much more comfortable working with Jay. Howard must have sensed that we weren't a good fit. How clever was that pawning us off to Jay, huh? I'm confident the Camry will last me a good, long time. I would have never been able to afford a brand new Camry with all of the bells and whistles, so this certified, used one is perfect for me! Had test-driven a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Wagon earlier in the day that would have also beena good fit for me, but of course that make/model can't hold a candle to the Toyota Camry. Oh, and the nail salon marketing gimmick is HILARIOUS! Was definitely NOT a selling/buying point for me, but it makes for a great story for friends and co-workers (free advertising!) Kudos to Greg Slater (if that really is a person instead of an on-line personna!!!) for his patience and keeping in touch without the "badgering me" factor! More
