He sold my parents their vehicle and I insisted on seeing him for my Tarbox experience too. John had a smile on his face the whole time and he is genuinely a great person. After purchasing, John not only gave me a tour of the brand new and spotless facility on Quaker Lane, but then took the time to show me all the buttons and controls in my car. At one point we just listened to the stereo, he went beyond his position and he is not your 'typical' car salesman. John is definitely one-of-a-kind. More

Got hooked up with a sales person quickly when I entered the showroom. He was taking care of other customers at the time who were picking up new vehicles. I knew what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. After some discussion we agreed on options and a price for the car. Car not in stock but they would find it for me. Got a call a few days later to tell me that the car was in and ready to get picked up. After we were done with the financing and going over information about the car, we were ready to leave. I noted that the vehicle was missing some of the option that were chosen -- nothing major (mudguards/cargo net/carpets/side moulding). Not happy that they would have let me leave minus these items that I paid for -- either they knew this was the case or not -- not good either way. Makes you wonder who checks the vehicle to make sure it is the one the customer ordered. After more discussion they agreed to "make good" on all that was agreed on. Have to go back for the add-ons. Experience for the most part good, but frustrating at the end -- and I have to go back to get these items installed. More
