I went to this dealership first looking at a Scion IQ. After driving the car and putting a deposit down for Joe to find the car I was looking for I was in an accident with the car I was going to trade in. I decided to change the car I was going to buy for safety reasons as well as the color a couple of times. Overall I had Joe search for about 3 to 4 cars for me and I was admittedly a bit of an annoying car buyer. Joe couldn't have been more pleasant each time I called or stopped in. I didn't feel forced or pushed into buying the car (a Prius C is what I finally decided on) as I have in past experiences looking at cars. He was very knowledgeable about both cars that I looked at and I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience! More

Went in to look and drive a 2012 Camry XLE. Salesman John Morrissey was knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. Asked many questions about lease versus buying outright. The icing on the cake was siting down with an old friend from another dealership, Alvin Gabrilowitz. Alvin explained the lease and other documents so my Wife and I understood what we were signing and our responsibilities. The new location is a winner. John took my Wife and I on a tour of the new building. It's bright, clean and attractive. We bought a few xtras like remote starter, mud flaps and a pin stripe. We thought we would have to wait weeks for the items to be installed. Going to be installed Wednesday next week 4/18. Just a side note...We were driving by when the Tarbox people were moving in and this young man came up to us in the rain and asked if he could answer any questions or help us. I gave him my name and said we would be back. We did come back and John remembered us and greeted us by name....Very nice... More
