Leased a new Camry on Thursday March 29th. Our saesman Joe Brodeur made it real easy for us. He took his time going through the paperwork and the Camry's features and accessories. The best experience my wife and I had trading in a used toyota tacoma truck and buying a 2012 toyota tacoma double cab truck..There was not pressure in buying,both gentlemen answered all of my question's w toyota tacoma truck and buying a 2012 toyota tacoma double cab truck..There was not pressure in buying,both gentlemen answered all of my question's with knowledge of the product..A little haggling was involved,but it was pleasant, again no pressure,it was done in a proffesional manner.They totally went out of their way for us.I will be a customer for life and will tell all of my friends about them. I was not considering buying a car because I had just bought a 2010 Corolla in July 2011. I received a letter from Tarbox with an offer to buy a new car for the same monthly car payment as the 2010. We were greeted by Mr. Tarbox who introduced us to our sales rep, Mitch Carter, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. After we chose our car, Mitch took our application and then introduced us to Sarkis,in the finance department. Because it was late afternoon on Saturday, there was some difficulty trying to reach the banks. The team stayed late trying to complete our deal but wasn't able to get an answer. It took a few days for Sarkis to find us the best deal but we returned on Tuesday to pick up our car and are very happy with the price and service. More

They got me into the car that I wanted, and without all of the unnecessary haggling that I have experienced at other dealerships. Bottom line, my wife and I feel as though we got a great deal and we could not be happier. When I drove my new (used) car off of their lot, it actually looked brand new!
