After having done my due diligence on the vehicle (Highlander) I wanted, I decided to visit different Toyota dealerships to get a feel for price and trade in offers. And I never visited another dealership. Richie Toledo met me at the door, asked the right questions, showed me the vehicle, and took me for a test drive. My wife was not with me at the time and Tarbox allowed me to take the car and meet her and let her drive it back to the dealership. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle and my experience from entry, price settlement, paperwork (great working with Sarkis), and walking out the door with the keys in hand. Thanks Richie. And I look forward to extending that relationship in the coming years as Tarbox provides upkeep on my vehicle. I was greeted by Rick Lewis with a smile and firm handshake. He inquired as to my visit and I explained I was looking to purchase a new Rav4 for my wife. This will be our 3rd Toyota purchased from Tarbox and each time it has been an extremely pleasant experience. Rick brought me over to one of the Rav4's and we took it for a test drive and he explained the newer options that were in place, that we didn't have in the previous Rav4. Upon returning to the dealership, we sat in the new showroom and negotiated what I thought was a great price, then met with Sakris ( finance manager)and he explained all the fine print and where to sign. I will recommend Tarbox Toyota to my friends and tell them to ask for Rick Lewis, he doesn't tell you what you want to here, he's a straight shooter, quite a commodity these days. More

Overall a very positive experience at Tarbox Toyota. Mitch was very thorough with his knowledge of both my purchases. Both cars were ready to go and spotless at pick up time as well. Jay made our buying experience fun. He answered all our questions and was not pushy as we've seen other dealers in the past. Even during negotiations, I never detected any humph's from Jay.
