Anthony Turchetta, totally exceeded my expections. After failing at another dealership Anthony went above a beyond to get me the vehicle I was interested in. He renewed my faith in car dealers. The sales team did not waste my time with hours of unreasonable negotiation and meaningless banter, but instead presented me with the choices that fit my requirements and pricing which presented an exceptional value for the product I purchased. "Don't tell me lies and don't waste my time" was the mantra I needed to repeat at the other dealerships, but the staff at Tarbox Toyota seemed to employ this concept without me uttering a word, as if they knew honesty and integrity was the recipe to good business and a happy customer. I will recommend their clean, attractive facility and professional staff to my family and friends with confidence. More

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Tarbox Toyota. To be honest, I absolutely dreaded the thought of buying a new car...the hassle, the "games", the pressure, etc. None experience at Tarbox Toyota. To be honest, I absolutely dreaded the thought of buying a new car...the hassle, the "games", the pressure, etc. None of these things were part of my experience at Tarbox Toyota. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated with respect and were given straight forward facts and information. Anton was very knowledgeable and clear and never once did we feel like we needed to "make this deal happen today". We were given a very fair price and we were encouraged to go home and think about the offer. Anton knew that this was a big decision for us and for our family, and he respected that from start to finish. In closing, not only has my opinion of the car buying process changed, but I also now own a car that I absolutely love and will love driving. Thank You Anton and Tarbox Toyota!! More

Very unimpressed with Tarbox. Was looking at a 2010 Corolla S and had some questions about the car. The sales rep. did not seem to be knowledgable about the car, and kept harping about how the car had Corolla S and had some questions about the car. The sales rep. did not seem to be knowledgable about the car, and kept harping about how the car had a moonroof and a spoiler. Still, I took the car for a test drive and Howard the salesman decided that this was an appropriate time to make a personal phone call. He seemed annoyed when I asked where to go (I was unfamiliar with the area) because I interrupted him. The car was listed for 16,900, however Kelley Blue Book listed the same model with the same features for 15,800. Needless to say, negotiations were unpleasant. I offered to pay 15,500 ($300 less than KBB) and that offer was shot down by the manager on duty. I wish I remembered his name because he was by far one of the most unprofessional people that I ever met. When you are questioned why you would drive from Cumberland to their dealership and if I knew how the Internet worked, these factors made me very unhappy with how I was treated. On top of that, they would not negotiate price...even though the price was so much more than KBB. I did not enjoy feeling like I was being fleeced, nor did I enjoy being talked down to. When I walked out, Howard the salesman continued to follow me out, continuing to tell me how great the car was. I did not want to pay more than 15,800 and he refused to come down in price...then (as I was getting in my car, attempting to settle down my infant daughter), he continued to makes sales pitches for MORE EXPENSIVE CARS! Glad I found the exact same car at another dealership where I was treated with more respect while also paying $1100 less for the exact same model car that I test drove at Tarbox. More
