My wife and I went to Tarbox to buy a new Camry. We have been driving Toyotas for 27 years. We presently own . Three Toyota's. We made three visits. The first one we test drove several models. We settled on the SE. we tried to order an SE without a sunroof, but with the convenience package and navigation. Mitch said he would have to wait and get his rep to order. On our next visit he stated that they could not order without the sunroof. The problem is I am very tall and with the seat up my head hit the roof. They let us take a Camry with a sunroof for a day. We decided that I could live with it. We went back again on Presidents' Day and negotiated a price. Mitch made several trips to talk with a manager. We finally settled on a price and a trade-in for my wife's 2009 Corolla. We offered to give a deposit but they said they would have to try to locate and would call back the next day. Two days past and no word from Mitch. I finally called him. He stated that the car was hard to find and the manager had overridden the deal. I had told him many times that we we had no problem waiting 5 to 8 weeks to order one. He stated they could not order one. He also stated that the price was now $1400 more than on Monday. To say the least I was very upset. I made a call to Toyota headquarters was given a case number was told that Brian Renald would call within three working days. Today is Tuesday the 28th five working days later and I still have not heard from anyone at Tarbox Toyota. We have referred many customers to Tarbox but that has come to an end. More
Mitch was a pleasure to work with. When I picked up the car, he explained everything to me about it! I purchased a 2012 Camry Hybrid so there is allot to go over both in and outside of the vehicle. Never an issue with any price concerns, etc. I have bought several Toyota vehicles from Tarbox and they remain my first choice. More
Got a good used car in less than two weeks after my previous car became inoperable. The dealership lent us a car until we got financing arranged. The overall experience with Mitch Carter was excellent. The only negative aspect of this deal was that I was deceived about my trade-in value. Upon receiving the bill of sale in my mail, $$1700 was indeed rolled into the new loan, which I was very unhappy about. I am still not completely satisfied with the deal that was made, although the dealer has offered $250 back to me when, in fact, they owe me more like $666. After several phone calls about the financing, I was tired of trying to explain why they were still not charging me what the original deal that was made by Mitch. To explain it a little further, the MSRP was $21,037 and the sale price hanging from the mirror was $19,705. Mitch and I agreed to meet half way as I was anxious to get rid of my trade in, so the price should have been $20,371. All paperwork I received a week later in the mail stated the cost as $21,037. I still feel that I should have received the $666 back, but as I stated, I was tired of arguing with the GM, Matt. More

We were pleased with the Toyota truck that we purchased and have had serviced at Tarbox Toyota, so we began looking for a "new" used car there. We wanted a car that had all-wheel drive, was not too big but and have had serviced at Tarbox Toyota, so we began looking for a "new" used car there. We wanted a car that had all-wheel drive, was not too big but had room for 3 car seats in back, got good mileage, and then also had style! (Did I forget to mention all this at a good price and with heated seats!) Mitch Carter kept us informed of new arrivals. He zeroed right in on our needs and found us the ideal car. A three year old Toyota Matrix with only 30,000 miles and in prisitne condition. The car filled the bill and didn't break the bank. Thanks Mitch for a job well done! We also loved the quick service installing our heated seats, and we have been warm since purchasing it. More
