Very pleased with experience of purchasing new car from Jay Bruno at Tarbox. Had visisted during last week of December but decided to hold off for a bit. Then after seeing increase in price of gas and th Jay Bruno at Tarbox. Had visisted during last week of December but decided to hold off for a bit. Then after seeing increase in price of gas and the incentive of zero percent for 60 months decided to give Jay a call to see what he had for Corolla S models, called me back promptly and said he had one left, suggested I put a deposit to hold the car until I could get to the showroom to meet him. He was very cooperative with my schedule and offered to come in on his day off if need be. I called him Saturday morning to tell him I could be there about noon time. We were greeted outside by a Tarbox employee, told him our names and he said Jay was inside waiting for us. Jay had the car pulled up out front with a full tank of gas and plates on it for us to take a test drive. Upon our return he greeted us outside and then we went inside and went over the numbers. We thought the numbers were fair so we decided to buy. The next step was the financing which also ran smoothly. Honestly this was the first time I have been in and out of a car dealership in the least amount of time. Sarkis, the finance representative was also very professional and moved the process right along rather quickly. More
I called Ray Clements on Feb 10 and told him I was interested in buying a car but wasn't sure that I would be able to qualify for one. I told him my situation and he said he would talk to his busines interested in buying a car but wasn't sure that I would be able to qualify for one. I told him my situation and he said he would talk to his business manager. Ray called me again and told me that he spoke to his business manager and that he said he thought he would be able to get a loan for me. I then spoke to Sarkis, the business manager and was able to give him all my information. On Feb 13th, Sarkis called me in the morning and told me my loan was approved. He gave me information on the loan over the phone and I told him I would come down to look at the car. When I pulled into the dealership I saw the car already waiting in front for me. I met the salesman, Jay Bruno, who went over the car with me. He gave me the choice of similar cars as well. When I was waiting to see the business manager, I was talking with Ray and we also discussed the possibilty of getting a 2012 Camry as opposed to the 2011 Camry that I already picked out. I went to meet with the business manager who gave me all the information on the loan and even got a better bank to finance the loan to make the payments even better and I had the option of chosing either car. He was even calling the banks while I was in the office to make sure I got the best loan. Jay showed me the 2012 Camrys and gave me all the information I needed to help me make a decision. He was very patient with me and trust me, I am very picky. Once I made my decision, Jay immediately worked on getting the car completely ready for me. When I went back to do the paperwork with Sarkis, everything went smoothly and he was also very patient in answering all of my questions. During this whole process, Ray always checked in with me, Jay, and Sarkis, to make sure that everything was fine and if I had any questions on anything. Even though I knew I got an amazing deal on the car,I asked Ray for a remote starter and he gave it to me. I don't even have to go back to the dealership to get it installed, Jay arranged for them to come to my house. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to qualify for loan, let alone leave there with a beautiful car. I've been going to Tarbox for many years and bought many cars and always recommend them to my family and friends. The friendly service I always get is amazing. From the little things like Jay giving me a bottled water while I was going over numbers with Sarkis, or Ray having me sit in his office and talking with me and making sure he was there when I arrived. As difficult as it was to trade in my Camry XLE which I loved, and had for almost 6 years, I left there with a beautiful car and my car payment is significately lower. I wouldn't go to any other dealership but Tarbox. More

After we closed the deal Richard scheduled our appointment with customer service to have the remote starter inslled the next day. Customer service arranged for a driver to bring me back home during service and picked me up when the work was done. The driver was very friendly and took to our dog KOBE. He even remembered where I lived from previous service appointments I had with our first Toyota product. The remote starter has worked perfectly since intalled and my wife and I are very happy about that. We have always been very satisfied with Tarbox and have reccommended this dealership to others.
