John greeted us immediately upon arrival with a smile on his face. He listened attentively to our requests and carried them through in a reasonable amount of time. I only wish I was a little more prepared in terms of knowing how much my trade was actually worth and how much I owed on my trade, and I feel I would have been in a better position to negotiate (This part had nothing to do with John). I did, however get the car payment I was comfortable with, and I left there happy with my new Camry. During the financial part of the transaction, there was an error in the price and If I did not catch the error, I would have left paying a higher price. I certainly hope this was an "honest" mistake. However, all is well and I love the car!! More

I recently started nursing school and I was shopping around for a used car to replace my new car. I spoke with rebecca who was very friendly and informative. When i got there she came out to introduce herself and say hi. Tarbox closed at 8pm on Wednesday night. I went around 7 just to take a look at the Camry I saw online. We were greeted by David Corrigan. Very friendly and personable. Despite he was only a mere 30 mins away from the end of his shift he took the time to discuss the vehicle with myself, father and boyfriend. I told him how much I wanted to spend to stay within my new budget... Dave and the finance team worked together and gave me the price I was looking for for my trade and the Camry. I ended up driving my new car home that night!!!! Buying was easy and stress free!!! Great job Dave! Look forward to buying my new car from you when I finish nursing school!!! More

Myself and the rest of our family including 2 kids went in to look and test drive a 2012 Sienna and after working with the internet staff and eventually met Jay Bruno, our sales staff agent. After explaining to Jay what offers I had from Massachusetts dealers, we were able to come to a conclusive price and over all deal that allowed both myself and Tarbox to develop a local relationship and another vehicle sold. Our experience was fabulous! My husband and I had been thinking about a newer Prius ever since our extended warranty expired.
