Best sales person, poor finance person I'm very satisfied with Mr. Hung Li, the manager at sales department and Ian at finance. They are friendly and not pushing you to buy the car. However, I had a very bad experience with Teressa at finance. She told me my option for the cheapest warranty is a platinum warranty which cost about $2800 for 10 years including tire. Honestly I signed the documents without checking each line because I trusted her. I learned my lesson now. She said her computer did not work properly and she would give us the documents when we pick up our car. However, on the day I checked out my new car, I noticed I was charged by another $1400 on JSW painting and $1300 for JSW tire. I talked to another finance person, Ian, who clearly explained each charge on my bill. So if you are going to sign documents with Teressa, you should read your document carefully, don't trust her. More

Great to deal with!! Went in on a Saturday afternoon and called ahead so when we got there we didn’t have to wait long at all. Our Sales rep was Amer And he was great, and had us test drive the car and was able to wrap up the deal in about 2 hours from the time we arrived. Was really impressed with his communication throughout the process while we awaited the pickup of the car a few days later with the remote starter we had made prearranged for install already completed. Overall very pleased with the entire experience we had. More
