I searched for 2 1/2 months looking for the perfect replacement but found nothing, everytime I came close something was off about it. That’s when I found Boch Toyota of Norwood. They had the same exact Prius that got totaled but a better model, it seemed way to good to be true, so I called and immediately went in to test drive it. It was perfect we bought it that night!! Denny made the whole entire process so easy, and he was SO HELPFUL! I felt so reassured buying a car from Denny at Boch! I won’t go anywhere else! More

Great experience buying certified used Sienna I bought a certified used Sienna from Boch Toyota and these guys are FANTASTIC! The whole experience from beginning to end was great. I contacted them online received a prompt response with the documents needed (Car fax, specs, etc.) of the car I was thinking about. When I arrived at Boch, my name was on display with the time and I was immediately put in touch with the salesperson, Hercules Fernandes, who was great. He sat me down and we chatted about my family needs for transportation and previous car. He took some notes and then took me to see a car. It was not the one I came to look at but, much better. Same year but cleaner and fewer miles. I took it for a short test drive and decided that this is a better car for us. I think Hercules pick a better car for us than I would have myself. When it was time to discuss price, he put me in touch with Chuck. Discussion with Chuck went as pleasant as these discussions can be but he was genuine with a sense of humor. We agreed on a price and moved to transaction. When it came to paperwork, I dealt with Theresa who was a gift. She clarified everything that needed clarification and tried to simplify the process for me as much as possible. All went well. Few days later, when my finances were wired by my bank, went down to Boch where I picked up the car, certified and cleaned. In addition, although the car did not come with hard manuals, Hercules made sure he got me new ones since I told him I would like to have them. After my purchase, Hercules called me twice over 4 weeks to check on me and make sure all is going well, and I did not have any questions. All in all, great dealership and Hercules is a fantastic salesperson. When it is time to shop for my personal car, I will always go to Boch first. Check them out and talk to Hercules and you won’t regret it. More

Worse Customer Service Ever I purchased a used vehicle on a Sunday with agreement to pick it up on Tuesday. I could not get in touch with Salesman for 2 days(left numerous messag I purchased a used vehicle on a Sunday with agreement to pick it up on Tuesday. I could not get in touch with Salesman for 2 days(left numerous messages). Finally had to go over his head and talk to Sales Manager and he gave me an atiitude. I sat over an hour to finally get my car Tuesday night and there was no inspection sticker on it. I asked and the saleman said "oh you have 7 days to get that." I said "yes but you charged me $35 for the inspection sticker and you said it was going to be done?" I had to wait another 45 minutes while I had to drive the car over to service myself and get it done. More
