I had purchased my 2017 Camry on Friday and on Monday morning, I noticed trouble when I tried to wipe away the morning dew. The passenger-side wiper blade appeared to be too long and was wedging on the windshield trim. I drove up to the service advisor desk without an appointment and told him what the problem was. He checked the situation, said he would be right beck and returned with a new blade - which he installed. I was out of there in about five minutes. I don't expect to be out that quickly with all visits, but this time I was pleased as could be. More

There must have been a lot of sales people out when I picked up my car because my salesman was taking care of three different customers. To make a long story short, I had to go to the sales manager's desk and ask for help. Finally, someone came over and took me into his office to get those papers. Can't say his name because I didn't see any members of "upper management" with name tags - only the sales people. After removing my old plates myself, I was ready to drive away. Good thing my wife has a Toyota as I was given no advice on switches, lights, etc. on the car. I would like to suggest that when management sees their salespeople overwhelmed, that they come from behind their desks and help out. More
