Stephen initially help us with the computer system to let us use Apple CarPlay - he was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and solved a major problem when we first bought the car. I cannot stress how important Stephen's help was to our being able to optimally use the electronic features of the car. Today, 3 months later, I had a problem and called the national Toyota help people - they had no understanding of how to solve the problem and wasted over an hour of my time of the phone. I remembered how Stephen had helped before and called him directly - he was incredible: he remembered me, was more than willing to help in any way possible, he was patient, careful, clear and within a couple of minutes solved the problem that the National phone assistance people could not. And he went out of his way to offer to help again, if necessary. Stephen is a very special, highly talented person. He is worth a special recognition! More
