When I picked up my Tacoma, it came filled with gas, impeccably clean and Pierre sat down with me and took me through all of the technology and features, each one step by step and made sure that I was comfortable using them. I only spoke to Kyle very briefly as we negotiated the trade in value for my Jeep and he was very fair and very friendly. I was never struck with the over-zealous "car salesman" type of vibe at all from anyone, and that was a huge plus. More

He kept saying it was credit card even though the paper was right in front of him. Theresa had forgotten that we had gotten a free remote starter and started to charge us the whole thing for it. We had already closed the deal, but one of the managers Christoper told us afterward that there was a $200 installation fee. Can't say much about management, but our sales representative, Joe M. was fantastic. 5 stars for Joe. 1 star for management. More
