Many hands make quick work! I was exhausted at the end of a long few weeks of work. The late hours of the dealership enabled me to come in at the only time I had available to tu I was exhausted at the end of a long few weeks of work. The late hours of the dealership enabled me to come in at the only time I had available to turn over my lease and purchase the 2015 RAV4 that I have come to love. Anna met me at reception and was patient, informed, and fast. She had all the paperwork ready for me and actually helped walk me through it because I was so sleep deprived from work. She took care of the entire process and made sure I had a rental car and got the financing conversation started with Theresa. Theresa was honest, direct, and informative. She recommended additional coverage that she made clear was in my interest to have. Anna checked on my before I left and was kind enough to follow up with me the next day. It was not the best day in my work life, but I have to say that Anna and ALL THE STAFF at Boch Toyota were helpful, prepared, and professional. I really appreciate it. More
