overall good purchase experience I got the price quote from the Internet sales of Boch Toyota. They gave me a good price with all the detailed car information. Joe Baribeault is my sale person the Boch who is a friendly and knowledgeable person. He also has a good sense of humor. He is straightforward and we had some good conversion. I would say Joe is the best car sales person I have dealt with. The only reason I took one star off for this dealership is because my experience at the finance dept. The person (Milan?) tried to sneaked optional item (alarm system) into the car price. When I first asked him why there is a discrepancy between the quote and the purchase price. He first told me it is the sales tax and dealer fees. I then pointed out that the dealer fee and tax already included. Then he told me that it is the alarm system that included in the car which is really an OPTIONAL item. He finally removed it after I insisted that I do not want this optional alarm system. It is not included in the originally price quote. More

Unnecessarily long waits when I had a scheduled appointment. John was exceptional but when I had to drop off a payment for which I had a scheduled time I was made to wait over 20 minutes just to hand over a $10, John was exceptional but when I had to drop off a payment for which I had a scheduled time I was made to wait over 20 minutes just to hand over a $10,000 check! Totally unnecessary. John's presentation was great and he was very knowledgeable about the car and the company. The finance gentleman was also terrific despite a very busy evening. More

Took to long at dealership Kelly was very pleasant. For some reason even though we made an appointment to turn in or buy out our lease, we were listed as coming in to buy a new Kelly was very pleasant. After spending 2 and 1/2 hours there we were turned over to a manager to make the deal. I told him I had put chicken wings in the oven 2 1/2 hours ago and did not want them to burn if we spent much longer here. He told me I could always buy more wings to cook. Not funny. The F & I guy was good and quick. I still do not understand why when you buy a lease out you leave your car there for a week. Kelly was very nice on the pick up. More
