Great experience I did most of my research online and test drove a few cars to figure out what I wanted. I eventually settled on a RAV4. I contacted several dealership I did most of my research online and test drove a few cars to figure out what I wanted. I eventually settled on a RAV4. I contacted several dealerships and asked for their best offers. I then sent around the offers I received to each dealer. No dealer in the area could beat Boch's price. I walked into Boch and talked to Amer. He was incredibly nice and approachable. He was not forceful nor did he want to push extras that I did not need. I was able to complete the whole process in only a few days. Amer was helpful throughout the whole process. The only suggestion I would make was to have the automatic starter installed by the dealership. Unfortunately they contract with an outside company and I have to setup a time for them to install it on my own time. Plus the company does not work on weekends so I have to take time off of work to get the starter installed. More

A Fantastic first experience! I bought my car now for exactly 2 weeks ago and I love it. I have to say Boch Toyota in Dedham is the best branch in Massachusetts in my opinion. I ha I bought my car now for exactly 2 weeks ago and I love it. I have to say Boch Toyota in Dedham is the best branch in Massachusetts in my opinion. I had previously went to the branch in Woburn and Dorchester but Dedham was the winner for a few reasons. First the actual branch was very big, spacious, and clean. Second people where super friendly and was ready to help when you walk through the door. Third the sale associate (Avet Azizyan), financial manager (Steve Chung), sales manager (Menny Mitoulis) were all outstanding. My sales associate was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding my car and was ready to help me get the best deal possible. He made a very strong effort and commitment to helping me get the car I wanted. He explained everything that I needed to know and showed me all the possible options that I could get. The sales manager was a chilled guy which made it nice to talk to him. He was friendly and approachable which isn’t always the case with managers in different location. He didn’t was very understanding of the price that I wanted and after considering everything he gave me the deal that I wanted and didn’t play any games. I appreciate that he didn’t waste anyone’s time if he couldn’t do the deal. The financial manager was a super cool dude and was straight forward with us as well. He went over everything with us and made sure we understand all the different packages That we had available to us and help us pick the right ones. He also helped us with any saving or discounts that was available so that was great. These guys were all knowledgeable in their field and made my first car experience fantastic! More
