Sales person nice, but service after the fact was a nightmar Bought a 2016 Highlander. Bought the alarm.remote start. Sales person made an appt for install for 6 days after purchase and when I showed up, it wa Bought a 2016 Highlander. Bought the alarm.remote start. Sales person made an appt for install for 6 days after purchase and when I showed up, it was like they didn't even know about the appt. In the meantime, there were 2 issues with the car. Windshield wiper fluid didn't work and TPS light on. Both of these were issues since I drove it off the lot. The windshield wiper issue was because a rat had chewed through the wire. They tried to claim I had to pay for that, even though it was sold to me that way. The TPS light was because there was a nail in the tire - probably also like that when sold to me, as light was on even when it was at the dealership. Talking to the sales manager (forgot his name, but very nice), he got it taken care of with no charge to me - as it should be. Tire was not in stock so am waiting for call when it is in. In the meantime, I was told that I would get a call from the alarm install people and that they can come to me to do it. NO call yet - 4 days later (was told they would call that day). So I have had the car for a week and a half and still no alarm installed. If not done this week, will get a refund and go elsewhere. Also decided to cancel ext warranty I bought as this whole experience has left me questioning this dealerships commitment to service. I will say that the price I paid for the car was fair, and what I got for my trade. But service wise, this place sucks. More
