I've been going to BOCH now for 10+ years and have mostly worked with the same 1 or 2 service reps. This was my first time working with Angel and he was AMAZING. He was easy to talk to, professional while be worked with the same 1 or 2 service reps. This was my first time working with Angel and he was AMAZING. He was easy to talk to, professional while being very personable at the same time. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him in a few months when I return for my oil change. More

I dropped off car for service I pulled in and waited over 12 min for service writer to approach me. Some very slow movers- meaning those moving cars. Once checked in, ok.
