The Best Dealership Becasue of It's People and Management I came in with a very difficult predicament and the right deal had to work for me...I was skeptical at first, but Rauof kept finding and presenting me I came in with a very difficult predicament and the right deal had to work for me...I was skeptical at first, but Rauof kept finding and presenting me with stock and discussions as to why or why not it would/wouldn't work for me. I would have loved to be able to purchase newer or a lease, but timing and my needs didn't fit. I had done business at this BOCH dealership may times in the past. I thought to myself if I can do this, this was my best dealership to accomplish my best trade. I knew that the combination of people and the product at BOCH are the best in the industry. Everybody was so incredibly helpful, but Rauof stood out and continued working on my behalf until we were able to find a vehicle that would be the best for me, and I was quite tough on him. I was impressed how determined he was to find something that would work for me, so I allowed him the chance, thinking he just might find something, because he was LISTENING to me. HE DID!!! I'm am always impressed by this dealership for purchasing as well as financing, and for service. I will return again and again and again, and will definitely recommend BOCH in the future.
