I came to Boch for a 30,000 mile oil change. I'm afraid that my experience on this particular visit was poor. I met Peter Andersen who saw that my 30,000 mile oil change was taken care of. He t I'm afraid that my experience on this particular visit was poor. I met Peter Andersen who saw that my 30,000 mile oil change was taken care of. He then told me that I would need a coolant flushing which would cost around $200.00. The coolant change would be necessary to prevent any damage to the engine in hot weather. I had a discount coupon which I forgot to bring on this visit. When I called Peter about considering a rain check on this coupon despite its recent expiration date, he never returned my phone call. On a visit about a week later, I returned to Boch for the coolant work. I met Matt Crane who told me that a coolant flushing was not necessary until around 80,000 miles. Why didn't Peter call me back and why did he tell me to purchase something that I didn't need? More

We traded in our vehicle but forget to retrieve transponder and serval CDs. I called Marc, it was his day off and he actually drove to the office and obtained the items before the car was sent somewhere else.that was after we have concluded the deal. In conclusion, marc clearly went beyond as a car sales, I am under the impression that he is buying car for a friend and I do not even know him prior walked in and randomly chat with him.
