We didn't have the intent to purchase an automobile at that time. When we sat down with John, he made us feel extremely comfortable. The process took off from there. After much discussion, we ended up purchasing a beautiful, red 2017 Toyota Camry. Without John's expertise, charisma and courteous approach, the sale would not have happened. John really explained every aspect of the workings of the car and we drove off comfortable and confident to be the proud new owners of a beautiful car.
