Although phone is answered, you never get connected to anthing but a message machine. The sases agent promices to call you back within one hour, and after 24 hours I am still waiting for a call back from him, or sales manager and finance manager. Also the fax number given does not work. What a terrible auto dealership! They should be out of business soon! More

After agreeing to a price established the night before, I came into make my down payme My experience with Boch Toyota of Norwood was very unpleasant. After agreeing to a price established the night before, I came into make my down payment. When I arrived, I noticed that the sales manager Jonathan McGilvary had altered the price and did not honor the offer he had made to me the previous night. His argument was that he told me he had not agreed to sell me the car for that price, rather, he claimed "what if I could sell you the car for that price." This is a very shady business practice employed by Boch and I would not recommend anyone go there. While the initial price might look good, they try to increase the price by claiming that their lowest price includes specific rebates that are not applicable to everyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially sales manager JONATHAN MCGILVARY. More

MESSY PROCESS BUT GOOD WORK The dealership seems to be nice and they offered the best price.. wow very good, that's what we need. But applying for finance is a pain there, finance heads are the people with no sense, they cannot be planned, they will ask documents at random times, even while you are at work and in a meeting. That too for a simple document. In that regard they cannot keep up their promise for delivering the vehicle in time. However, I am editing the review because they have compensated for the mistakes.
