I am a 23 year old college graduate. Came into the dealership after a referral from TrueCar. In about 20 minutes was set u with a very friendly salesman Rick Malabre. He let me test drive the car I wa dealership after a referral from TrueCar. In about 20 minutes was set u with a very friendly salesman Rick Malabre. He let me test drive the car I wanted and went on to set up a deal for me. When he showed me the deal I argued that it was not as good compared to competition and Rick agreed to work with me on a better deal. That's when Sales Manager Jonathan McGilvray came over and ruined the whole experience. He acted very rude and tried to push me into making a deposit even though I warned Rick that I would have to consult with my father prior to any deals. When I said that my father was out of town he started questioning me and argued that my father was in fact in town and made purchases based on credit report. How appropriate is this? When I refused to leave a deposit and asked for a deal summary to show my father when he comes back in a week, Jonathan just ignored my request and sent me on my way assuming that I was not competent enough. I wouldn't recommend any younger people to deal with this dealership and especially avoid Jonathan McGilvray due to his excessive pressuring and disrespectful attitude. More

I brought my car in for service. The service manager, Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He pat Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. I, not knowing a lot about cars, described the noise and problems I was having with my Toyota Corolla. He patiencely listened and test drove the car with me to better understand what I was experiencing. After this and before any work was done, Joe reviewed what issues were found and gave me a breakdown of what the costs would be. I have never experience such wonderful service and will continue to bring my car to Boch! Thank you, Joe!!! More

We went in looking for a used Toyota Camry at Boch Toyota. David showed us some that were on the lot but after looking at our budget he suggested the Corolla. I remember looking at the Corolla's online, but I never really gave them much thought. They had a nice selection of used Corolla's but none seemed to be to our liking. Looking around the used lot a little more he took us to a 2008 Saturn Vue. It was in great condition and had a decent amount of miles on it. I was a little nervous because I knew GM didn't make any more models of that car since 2009. But after a test drive I loved it. David was a kind and patient dealer and got us the best deal possible for our new vehicle. This car is a car to share between the family but when I'm ready for one of my own I will be going to Boch and requesting David. More

I was looking for a New or Certified Rav 4. First visit everyone was too busy to help and I was directed to a parking lot up the hill to look around. Really? Okay, Busy dealership, must be something to that, Looked on website and found a 2011, that looked promising , but one of the pictures looked like it had a dent in the rear bumper, called the internet sales guy. ( Yes, should have been a warning) He was surprised to see that picture on their website as the damage had been repaired and apparently had happened at the dealership in the staging area, someone backed into a pole, Made an appointment to see vehicle. Seemed like a nice car. Long story short, took the for a car for a test drive to my mechanic brother in law, turns out , the car had been in a major accident, both passenger doors, front and rear bumper replaced and NOT on the Carfax report. This was a Boch certified pre-owned vehicle ! Beware ! More
