I am VERY disappointed with dealership and the persons I have dealt with. I tried to purchase the Used 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab with 10400 miles on it that is currently being listed for sale.... have dealt with. I tried to purchase the Used 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab with 10400 miles on it that is currently being listed for sale....originally it was listed for 19,500k or so. I inquired about this truck on 7-22-2012 that was listed on Cars.com and Estivone Semedo sent me the build sheet that I requested. His manager Danielle Werman also called me to make the deal and I was working toward that. I requested pictures of the truck as it was newly listed and no photos of the actual vehicle were up online. I later received a call stating "There is TOO much rust on the underside of the truck and that the vehicle does not meet the dealerships quality standards" and that they would be pulling the truck from the website and shipping the vehicle to be sold at the auction....I have the emails to prove it as well. I asked these folks straight up, "Is this just your nice way of saying you done want to sell me the truck or that it was sold already?" and was told no sir. Low and behold this same truck now shows up on TruckTrader.com for over 2k more than what it was originally listed for....21,978 is the new shinny sticker price. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE buy a vehicle from these dishonest folks. This type of behavior is what continues to give Used Car Sales men/women the bad rap...and these folks deserve it. You should be ashamed to tarnish the industry that others work so hard to clean up and break out of the preconceived image and reputation. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

On my first visit I met John McDaniel. He was friendly and helpful and offered some good suggestions about the trim level on Camry and what would fit my needs. David was extremely knowledgable about the features of all the models and helped me to select the Camry XLE. I live in Norwood and prefer to do business locally. More

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, confident, extremely willing to help and get the answers quickly. His calm and patient demeanor and overall professionalism, along with a welcoming personality made us feel at home right away. We also felt confident that we were guided thru the process with efficiency and attention to our interests and he was quite capable to help us learn the maximum amount of info in a reasonable amount of time. We also experienced excellent customer service, and relations throughout the process. Also, we were very fortunate to deal with Kevin Collins in the business office, who also guided us through the financing process with professionalism, confidence, knowledge, and carefully listened to our questions and was able to answer each one thoroughly and with ease. Kevin made us feel that the experience was personal and we were not rushed, and left feeling that we could contact him if necessary in the future. We certainly felt that way with Chris as well. Kevin's manner was very pleasant,and made us feel we could rely on him to guide us in the direction that would suit our needs and our best interest.
