My wife and I went into the dealership last Sunday to test drive a Rav4 and a Corolla. We began the negotiation process ,which included a trade.This is the part which is usually stressful. Joe and Tom Souida the sales manager made us feel at ease throughout this process. I believe we got a fair deal. I always felt they wanted to make this happen. We bought the two cars with nobody pushing extras. Joe's follow up was fantastic .He cleaned the old plates and arranged for pick up . This was a great car buying experience. I don't normally write reviews . I recommend buying a car from these guys. I was dreading buying a new car, putting it off for years and driving my 1997 Corolla around. Finally I decided to give it a try. She made such a positive impression on me that I decided to visit Boch Toyota in Norwood for a test drive. And it did not end there. I met Mark Hickey. He was the best sales consultant you could ask for. Friendly, very knowledgable, not pushy at all. He knew of every little feature the Corolla S has to offer. I got a great deal on my new car and my trade-in and thought I am on my way home. Not just yet, Chris came in to set up the Bluetooth system and my phone for me. I had a very positive shopping experience at Boch Toyota and would recommend them to anyone. Loved all the sales and service professionals I met. THANK YOU! And I love the new car too:). More

It had been more than 10 years since I'd purchased a new car, so I wanted to make sure that I got a good value and high quality customer service. The online quote request saved me having to haggle, as pricing was very aggressive and competitive with other dealerships. In addition, the available stock was tremendous - other dealers had just one of the cars in the color and specs that I wanted, while Boch had more than one. My sales person, Chris Gray, is very personable, professional and knowledgeable, and he made sure to point out the various new features and "how it works" from front to back on a 2012 Camry SE, from the mechanical to electronics, and made sure I had a chance to try everything out myself. I was impressed with his level of detail, including inspecting the car that I ultimately purchased to make sure there were no existing scratches (the first car had a couple of barely noticeable, very minor scratches, and we went and picked out a different car for my purchase). Kevin Collins deftly navigated me through the financing process and after-market options, and was similarly personable, professional and knoweldgeable. I am very happy with the whole buying process - it was smooth, easy and exactly as I'd hoped it would be, and I am confident that I got a great deal without requiring a lot of back-and-forth haggling. I would definitely recommend using Boch to family and friends, and look forward to having a long relationship with this dealership. More
I leased a Prius from this dealership in January. My family needed to get another vehicle. This time our budget was much lower. But I called Ben Potter. We discussed our options for vehicles and financing. Two days later, we drove off with a brand-new leased Toyota Corolla. I feel like Ben cares about us and wants to help us get the best deal we can afford. He is not pushy but always calls to follow up with my questions. I had Kevin for the financing. He was great too. He made us aware of the extra options we could choose but did not criticize us when we kept it simple. And it was a pleasure to get a handshake and thanks from John, the manager that evening. We left the dealership feeling happy with our choice and confident that Boch Toyota will help us if we ever have a problem with our cars. More

I was looking for a bigger car , I had a carola witch I work out of sometimes and I need more space I was driving by the dealer and decided to see what the new camery looked like since I bought a 2007 came work out of sometimes and I need more space I was driving by the dealer and decided to see what the new camery looked like since I bought a 2007 camery the car was the same size as the 07 but the colors , options and fuel economy where better and the price got was fare so bought one the people I delt with were great right now I am very happy .
