On March 23, I went with my son to Boch Toyota to buy a new car. My Salesman was Anthony Keller-Brittle. We found him knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Before visiting Boch, I visited 2 other Toyota dealerships in the area. They advertised on the web offering 2012 corolla LE at a certain price. I called them several times before meeting them in p dealerships in the area. They advertised on the web offering 2012 corolla LE at a certain price. I called them several times before meeting them in person to confirm the advertised price. After going to the dealership, they wasted my time with unnecessary questions and finally told me that advertised deal is not available. My experience with Boch was completely different. I walked in with an advertisement (news paper add). I was cordially received by John McDaniel. John completed the whole sales process so quickly that I was out in an hour. To pick up the new car, John came to my home to give the ride to dealership, otherwise I was planning on going by train. Boch dealership provided excellent service with utmost care during the whole process. More

He was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous from the get go. His knowledge of the Prius and his honesty made my experience the best yet. Caught the Finance Office trying to get one over on me! Caught the Finance Office trying to get one over on me! Intially told me my rate for a new car loan was 5.99. When I went into the finance office Caught the Finance Office trying to get one over on me! Intially told me my rate for a new car loan was 5.99. When I went into the finance office I was told I could lower my monthly payments by $1 a month if I signed up for an extended warranty that would cost $1650. I declined the extended warranty but asked if I could get the $1650 taken off my loan. After a few moments of stuttering by the finance officer I was able to get my loan payment per month cut by $25 or for a total of $1650!!!! And my rate was actually 4.99 not 5.99... I wonder how many people actually fall for this trick??? More

I was interested in a new FJ cruiser with a manual transmission and no roof rack which is very difficult to find. I started the search by submitting a request for a quote from dealership within 50 mil transmission and no roof rack which is very difficult to find. Although several (>6) dealerships replied, Boch was one of only two dealerships that actually provided a quote for the FJ with a manual transmission and of the two, Boch had the better price. John Dwyer at Boch Toyota worked with me on finding the manual FJ. I highly recommend John. He is very professional, he listens to what features you want, works with you to find a car with those features, and he doesn't push other things to bring up their bottom line. He is also very responsible - if he says that he will call on Thursday, he will be calling on Thursday. He is up front - no hidden fees, options... He is very courteous - when I picked up the car on Monday evening he spent the time to go over any questions that I may have and then he stayed for half an hour after closing to explain all the functions in the car. He provides the type of service that is very hard to come by this days. John was a pleasure to work with and I have found the sales person and a dealership to go to first for the next Toyota.
