Thanks Jill for responding. Unfortunately, since we dealt with so many folks there who promised resolution, but didn't return calls or others not getting back in a timely manner, we will not return to Boch, nor recommend to our community. Our sales associate was the only professional we would recommend. A very bad experience, and sorry to say cannot trust better given the almost cross the board terrible service.
