After David going back and forth to his managers' office with our offer, he was able to offer the price we asked for. I am happy. J.D. worked with us to give us monetary value because our car was under the lease mileage allotment. While you always wish you could pay less for a car I think the price we negotiated was fair on both sides. J.D. was patient and polite and I felt he was honest when he told us at a certain point that he simply couldn't do a deal a specific price I wanted. At the end when I offered to split the difference he agreed right away and things proceeded very quickly from there. My only complaint is with the amount of time it took us to complete everything (6 hours) which I think was most likely attributable to how busy the dealership was and had nothing to do with J.D. More

I can only comment on the experience I had when we actually went to Boch Toyota to purchase our 2010 Tacoma since my husband had already negotiated the price over the phone.J.D. Janes was very personable and very knowledgeable about the truck we bought and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. My only complaint and this has nothing to do with J.D. was that it took us close to 3.5 hours to get all the paperwork done and that was without trying out the truck or negogiating a price. Jim Fici shouls be commended for his excellent sales skills. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. We were particularly pleased that he gave us lots of opportunity to think about our purchase skills. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. Although he employed many of the tactics that good sales people generally use, he never manipulated us into buying a product that we didn't want or couldn't afford. However, I do want to say that this dealership should take a closer look at the adds they are putting in the paper. If you are going to use fine print in an add, it should at least be readable! Please don't blame the newspaper for this...for three weekends in a row, the fine print on your add was not legible. Someone at the dealer should have said something to the paper... or else maybe I should assume that it was purposeful! More
