Thank You for contacting me so soon. I do have to apologise as I do not have e-mails but phone conversation that I had with salesperson as a proof. That was a missunderstanding that I had with my spouse that has written review on my belhalf as I was to upset to write it. Never the less point is the same... I was told that deals were on 2011 vehicles.I drove over 45 minutes to your dealership where I was offered 2011 vehicle to test drive. Nice, but I was also told after my test drive that Boch and Toyota has no programs for lease on 2011 vehicles and that leasing "one of those" would be way to expensive.I was not offered numbers on a lease but only on a sale of 2011 Highlander. I was told again that it would be "way to expensive" to lease?!. I left upset and I felt cheated. Finally I found 2011 Highlander no money down all sevice paid up to 45000 miles,36 months and 15K a year for 490 a month. That is not "way to expensive" for me but I was not offered any numbers on a lease by you guys. It seems to me that Boch Toyota needed to sell or lease 2010 before 2011 models and that was the only goal, not what I, the customer, wanted. Bottom line Boch and the salesperson that I have delt with are not honest,at least in my case, but after reading couple more reviews it seems to be a normal scenario.
