I give high marks to Boch Toyota of Norwood for several reasons: First, when I contacted them online concerning new car quotes they were prompt in getting back to me. I wasn't able to answer the first ca reasons: First, when I contacted them online concerning new car quotes they were prompt in getting back to me. I wasn't able to answer the first call from the dealer rep so I got a followup call from one of the managers the very next day. I told him I remembered him from my prior new Camry purchase 8 years ago (Arnold Levy). He had made a fine impression on me. I told him what I was interested in purchasing and he gave me what sounded like a reasonable quote. I then went in late on a Saturday two weeks ago and got very attentive treatment from a rookie salesman, Chris Herget. Naturally, his/your job is to sell vehicles and to make some money and Toyota has had a negative spike recently because of the recalls, so I stood to benefit from the 0% interest rates as well as the 2 -yr maintenance offer--no question this is a buyer's market. But these were deals offered to every credit-worthy buyer, so it was a matter of haggling over what the dealership and I could come to terms over. In the end we struck a fair bargain. Next, the vehicle I wanted was a 2010 model and one of only a few of its particular sort left according to Mr. Herget. Ufortunately, it had some minor lot damage on the front fender and had to go to a body shop prior to my getting it. The delivery time Mr. Herget promised was sooner than the body shop could deliver so I became a bit frustrated as a result of inexact communication. I felt bothered enough to complain to Mr. Levy. This prompted a call from Mr. Herget apologizing about the laggard body work time. He then saw to it that the next time estimate he gave me for delivery of the car to me was pinpointedly accurate. Nevertheless, Toyota handed me a very fine vehicle on the promised date this past Tuesday evening. On top of that Mr. Herget, well aware that things hadn't gone quite as planned, made sure he went well beyond the call of duty to ensure I was totally comfortable. He saw to it that I was completely educated about all the details and nuances of my new vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with me and even his manager that evening came over to the kiosk and also apologized and made certain I was happy with the final results. Both gave me their contact information and assured me that if anything goes wrong or if I have any questions or concerns to be sure to call them. Unexpected things sometimes happen and I completely understood the delays which occurred were out of the dealership's immediate control. Although I was initially put out, I completely relaxed and accepted the flow of things. I give Mr. Herget high marks because when something did not go right, he made sure he fixed the issues troubling me and assured me I would not go away dissatisfied. This is the sign of a caring and committed salesman/employee who understands that the customer needs to want to keep coming back. (I bought a new Corolla in 1986; then, my first slightly used Camry in the mid 90's. A few years later, my 2nd Camry, a new car, in 2002. This is now my 3rd Camry. I like Toyota vehicles a lot and I admire their thoroughness of service and maintenance of my vehicles, even though pricey. Despite the temporary lapse in quality control that has recently plagued your product, I have not lost faith that Toyota will quickly fix these glitches and get its act back together again. Thank you! John Grimes Newtonvville, MA tympolero@aol.com More
I generally had a pleasant experience and a great final deal during my most recent visit to Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA. I am rating my overall experience to be Good rather than Great for one single reas deal during my most recent visit to Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA. I am rating my overall experience to be Good rather than Great for one single reason only. This is for the fact that out of the 6 hours I spent at their site, I was left waiting on multiple instances without being engaged or told what is the wait for. Out of my 6hrs at their site, I believe for only 40% of that time I was actually doing something useful like speaking to a sales agent or sales manager. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I think I went on a very busy weekend and only one day before a major sales event was wrapping up. The deal I got however is absolutely incredible in terms of the pricing and I believe it would have been extremely difficult to match that anywhere else... Yes, I went around a bit to check with other dealerships. I want to say that I have also worked with Boch Honda who are few steps down the road, and my experience there was extremely perfect too. The reason for my switch to a Toyota is their most recent promotions including attractive pricing offer, free service plan for two years, and a great installed package on the new car, all of which I could not resist. I should mention that the staff at Boch Toyota is very courteous, and extremely friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend you working with them, and I would certainly consider them again for my next car purchase :) I would also recommend you asking for Gilbert Perea who was the sales agent handling my case. It was my great pleasure working with him on this transaction! Sincerely, Murad Abu-Khalaf More
Today I went in for a recall visit, and Bob was fantastic! Since I have purchased my new Highlander in August 2009, Bob G. is the Service Advisor that I always seem to, and boy do I luck out! On fantastic! Since I have purchased my new Highlander in August 2009, Bob G. is the Service Advisor that I always seem to, and boy do I luck out! On my previous visit, for a LOF and Tire Rotation, Bob noticed a mark on my Driver's door. He got some type of paste and spent the next 5 minutes buffing the mark out. I was thrilled. Now that is customer service for you. I can only hope that I get Bob for my future service appointments. -Maura M. More

JD is the most professional salesman I have ever worked with. I have been to Boch Toyota numerous times and have purchased my last 7 cars there. Noone was ever this friendly. He did not insult me or convince me that he's losing money from his pocket, he took my deal to the manager, got me a deal very close and stuck to it. He was extremely friendly, gave me the right price and took care of every detail. He didn't have to scare me with his manager or make me feel guilty. Overall, a very nice experience. Now if it didn't take all those hours to do the paper-work, ok but that's Boch's fault, not JD's. On top of all that, he's an ex-marine, so if you are going to Boch, support JD! More

On Sunday May 8, 2010 I brought my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in for service. Bob Gandolfo handled my service request with a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism. He answered my questions and made me feel for service. Bob Gandolfo handled my service request with a high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism. He answered my questions and made me feel like a valued Boch Toyota customer. He also made sure that my wife and I were comfortable in the waiting area during our 2-hour appointment. Bob pointed out a crack in my windshield and although I already knew about the crack, it showed me that both Bob and Boch Toyota are truly concerned about my safety and vehicle. I highly recommend Boch Toyota! More

It's Mothers Day and I went to Boch Toyota in Norwood looking to test drive a Highlander and possibly a 4-runner. Wasn't sure the difference so I needed to speak with a salesperson. When I went in all looking to test drive a Highlander and possibly a 4-runner. Wasn't sure the difference so I needed to speak with a salesperson. When I went in all the sales people were sitting around and not coming over. I went up to the receptionists and asked to speak with someone. A man came over who did not introduce himself. He said: 'no brochures on any vehicles, everything on line.' Before I could even ask my questions. Nice. Then I asked what the difference was between the Highlander and the 4-runner. His answer; 'just look on line.' You know if I wanted to look on line I would have. I was there in person for a reason. Maybe I wanted a test drive or make a purchase? Then I looked at the secretary and asked if there was anyone I could speak to. She turned to a man walking by and asked if he could help and he said; 'no, can't, busy.' The thing is if my husband was with me the sales man would have treated me with respect and would have answered my questions with out acting like a caveman. Beware woman! Stay away from Boch!! When I was single I purchased my own home, so I think I am more than capable of purchasing a car. I then went to Copeland Toyota in Brockton. They greeted me with knowledge and were extremely helpful. I test drove a Highlander, got all the information I needed and my purchase will be with them! It ended up a good experience at least I got what I needed and now have a dealership I feel confident with. More
